- Try to develop their belief in social values.
- Monitor their heavy relationships with opposite sex.
- Addiction to drugs and alcohol make teens sexually more active than others. So watch for any signs of drug or alcohol abuse in your teenager.
- Teenagers should be made aware about safe sex, contraceptive options, and problems regarding teenage pregnancy.
- Encourage their participation in sports and outdoor activities.
